Our History
The NovaHope Foundation team is ready and committed to serving our community and helping as many people as possible! The NovaHope Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was created to offer solutions to some of the most difficult issues in healthcare that obstruct optimal healthcare from being realized. We understand that there are a number of people who have been left out and it's our goal to reach these people and offer them the same advantages and access to health care and resources that we should all be able to count on.
Our Team
The NovaHope Foundation, a nonprofit organization, was founded in 2020 in response to the COVID19 pandemic to offer solutions in healthcare delivery and improve the quality of lives of those in our community. Its founder, Dr. Clifford Baker, is a board-certified physician in interventional spine and pain management and physiatry who has practiced in the West Valley of Phoenix, including Sun City, Sun City West and Surprise Arizona, for over 10 years. The NovaHope foundation consists of a team of physicians, health care providers and workers and volunteers that are committed to helping individuals and patients in our community.
